We are NOR CAL Elite, a US Soccer Club, based in Sacramento California.

Mission
The North Cal Soccer Club & Academy are a non-profit corporation. 100% of the funds generated from our fundraisers, our sponsors and events are to support our club vision to train children who are unable to play competitive soccer due to the extreme club charges that other leagues require. As a club we focus on teaching children and young adults in developing strong characters, determined work ethic, discipline and sportsmanship, this will provide a solid foundation both on the field and in their daily life. All the proceeds raised go back into our programs: Coaching fees, travel expenses, field projects etc.

About North Cal Soccer Club
The North Cal Soccer Club & Academy was established in 2003 and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2009. The 2009/2010 season consists of (8) boys teams ages Under 6 through Under 21 and  (4) girls teams ages Under 12 through Under 21. Lonnee Richardson is our Director and Rogelio Rubio is the Coaching Coordinator.
The ELITE are committed to creating a development strategy that addresses each player’s needs and aspirations. We seek to continue educating our coaching staff with guidance from NSCAA courses and Nor Cal Premier League and to provide our players with a development plan along with National Scouting Report that will help them reach their full playing potential. We will continue to provide exit strategies for our players as they grow past the Under 15/16 age bracket (ELITE), to including college placement, professional play, or if desired a job coaching soccer. We have built strong relationships with colleges all over the nation through the years along with National Scouting Report. Our staff are contacted regularly to provide players, including such colleges from Duke to Santa Barbara and at all different levels of college soccer. Our coaching staff have worked for many years with youth and are always recruiting good players..
Our goals for the next 5 years include locating land to build a soccer park that will draw more teams and events to the Sacramento community. We hope to co-op with other local clubs, school districts and the city on the development of this park. During the 2009/2010 season we will be working with Top soccer and West Campus High School Foundation to put turf on the West Campus Field along with EGUSD and Consumnes Oaks High School to put turf on there field in 2009. Also, in 2009/2010 we will launch our own “grassroots” program for age groups U-6-U-11.
Youth registration $25.00 (U-6 – U-19)              
Adult players (U20 & above):  $35 a player 
Recreational players:  $8/player        
Staff:  $25/staff (2 year pass)               
Rec Staff: $10 annually
